PHASE I: FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Before we start a program, Wiser Fitness performs an in-depth movement screening process that uncovers the following:

- Human movement system impairment

- Muscle Imbalances

- Strategies for the prevention of future injury

This process will provide us the information needed for a safe and effective fitness program that will enhance your functional capacity both short term and for later in life.

PHASE II: CORRECTIVE EXERICSE

This approach takes away the guess work of prescribing exercise, guiding you step-by-step through a clinically-proven exercise program. We wil start the process of correcting the following:

-Movement Impairments

-Muscle Imbalances

-Future Injury

PHASE III: BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION

This area of your program will focus on keeping you as healthy as posible through core strengthening, balance training and flexibility exercises. This style of training will also help improve:

-Coordination

-Balance

-Helps prevent injury

PHASE IV: FUNCTIONAL ENHANCEMENT

Wiser Fitness uses a training strategy to enhance the body for optimal performance in everyday life. The movements that we teach you are designed to improve the following:

-Train the body as an intergrated unit (like it was designed)

-Enhance your ability to perform activities of daily living with more ease than ever before!

-Improve strength, speed and flexibility
