Since I started training with you, all I can say is WOW! I cannot remember a time in the past 77 years that I have walked as tall as I do now. The exercises have started to straighten me out. The program you have me on to increase my flexibility and posture makes me want to come to the gym. I look forward to our workouts. I realize we are not there yet, but I can see progress each workout and that's exciting. Working out as you know can become boring. However, your program has put excitement back into the workouts for the first time in 6 years. I now can see results and that's what it's all about. Thanks a million!!
